At FYMJewelryDesign, we want you to love your new piece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-engraved pieces are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
